A: The polyol and isocyanate components are held in separate tanks - a large tank with an agitator motor and a pressurised tank with gauges - and metered through clear hoses and brass valves into the mixing block, which injects the mixture at the profile opening.

A: Three things work together: chrome-plated rollers that form the skin without marking it, one gearbox per forming station linked by a central chain drive so every station runs synchronised, and correct foam dosing with a stable curing temperature.

Q5: Is the line easy for our operators to run?

A: Yes. The control panel with digital screen and emergency stop manages forming and cutting settings, a compact button panel sits at the foaming station for local operation, and we provide operator training covering forming adjustment, foam dosing and cutting lengths.
