The XINNUO 18-row IBR roof sheeting roll forming machine is purpose-built for the South African and Southern African market. Engineered for continuous, high-volume production of IBR 686 (Inverted Box Rib) roofing sheets, this heavy-duty cold roll forming line delivers consistent profile accuracy across Chromadek, Zincalume, GI, and PPGI coils from 0.3mm to 0.7mm thickness.
With a 5.5KW main drive motor, 0.6-inch dual-chain transmission, and hydraulic shearing system, the machine achieves 10–15 meters per minute with minimal vibration and precise cut-to-length accuracy. The 18 forming stations ensure gradual, stress-free material forming — reducing spring-back and improving the flatness of the finished IBR sheet.

Front view of the XINNUO 18-row IBR roof sheeting roll forming machine. The foreground shows the hydraulic cutting station with two red hydraulic cylinders and the IBR-profile-specific shear blade assembly. The "Cold Roll Forming — XINNUO MACHINE" brand placard is prominently displayed on the front beam. The machine frame is heavy-duty steel in XINNUO signature blue, mounted on a concrete factory floor with safety markings.

The industrial-grade hydraulic power unit (HPU) that drives the IBR profile shearing system. Key components visible: the 53 MPa high-pressure oil tank (blue), electric motor (dark grey), solenoid valve block with pressure gauge, and the finned oil cooler/heat exchanger (silver, with orange protective guard). The black high-pressure hoses are SAE 100R2AT-certified, rated for -40°C to +120°C operation. Colored IBR and corrugated sample sheets rest on the machine rollers in the background.

Close-up view of the core forming roller station. Multiple parallel roller shafts with precision-ground IBR profile contours are aligned across the 18-row forming section. The 0.6-inch dual-row drive chain and sprockets are visible between the roller banks, ensuring synchronized, zero-slip power transmission. Red manual adjustment handles on the left allow fine-tuning of roller spacing for different material thicknesses (0.3–0.7mm).

View of the entry-side roller station, showing the polished chrome-plated roller shafts and the flat black machine bed with horizontal adjustment slots. The red plastic levers on the black metal brackets enable quick manual adjustment of roller positions. A manual control handle is mounted on the right side for test-run and setup operations. The bright blue XINNUO structural frame provides a rigid, vibration-dampened platform.

Close-up detail of the IBR-specific hydraulic shear station. The dark grey cutting blade has been precision-machined to match the exact trapezoidal IBR 686 wave profile, ensuring a clean, burr-free cut across the full sheet width. A brass grease nipple on the hydraulic cylinder housing enables routine maintenance. Silver guide rods on both sides maintain precise vertical alignment of the blade assembly during high-speed cutting cycles. Black flexible conduit protects the electrical wiring.
| Selling Point | Technical Detail |
|---|---|
| 18-Row Forming System | Gradual roller stations eliminate material stress; every peak of the IBR profile is formed incrementally for dimensional accuracy |
| 5.5KW Main Drive + 0.6" Dual Chain | High-torque power delivery with zero-slip dual-chain transmission; handles up to 0.7mm high-tensile steel at 350 MPa yield strength |
| Hydraulic Shear with IBR-Profile Blade | Cuts the exact trapezoidal IBR profile cleanly — no edge deformation, no burrs; blade life exceeds 500,000 cuts |
| International Brand PLC Control | Fully automatic length measurement, batch counting, and cut triggering; operator sets sheet length on the touch screen and the machine handles the rest |

A complete IBR roofing sheet production line for the South African market typically includes:
Q1: Can this machine produce both IBR and corrugated profiles?
A1: This is a single-layer IBR machine. If you need both IBR and corrugated production from one machine, ask us about our double-layer roll forming machine — it includes IBR 686 and corrugated 762 profiles on a single frame.
Q2: Is installation and training included?
A2: Yes. We provide remote video guidance as standard. On-site installation and operator training by a XINNUO engineer can be arranged for an additional fee.
Q3: What is the lead time?
A3: Standard lead time is 25–35 days from order confirmation. Custom configurations may require additional time.
Q4: Can you supply matching ridge cap, purlin, and crimping machines?
A4: Absolutely. Most South African buyers order a full package: IBR machine + ridge cap machine + C/Z purlin machine + IBR crimping machine. We manufacture all of these in-house.
Q5: What are the payment terms?
A5: Typically 40% T/T deposit, 60% before shipment. L/C is also accepted for qualifying orders.
