Sandwich Production Line - Built by XINNUO Since 1995

XINNUO designs and manufactures complete metal forming lines for the construction industry. Since 1995, our engineers have built more than 30 years of hands-on experience, and today our factory is one of China's established producers of sandwich production line equipment, roll forming machines and integrated panel lines.

Our range covers sandwich production lines for insulated panels, composite panel lines with EPS, PU, rock wool and glass wool core options, single and double-layer roll forming machines, purlin lines, floor deck lines, solar bracket lines and custom special profiles.

Each line is designed, welded, assembled and test-run in our own workshop, with strict control over forming rollers, glue systems, hydraulics and electricals. We have supplied equipment to more than 150 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and the Americas, with installation guidance, operator training and long-term after-sales support.

FAQ

Q1: What is a sandwich production line?

A: A sandwich production line forms two steel skins and bonds them to an insulation core in one continuous process, producing insulated composite panels for roofs and walls.

Q2: Which core materials can the line process?

A: EPS foam, polyurethane (PU), rock wool and glass wool. The core feeding system is configured to your material - rock wool suits fire-rated projects, PU suits cold climates, EPS is the most economical.

Q3: How does the lamination process work?

A: The upper and lower forming units profile both steel skins while the core material is fed between them; a glue-roller section presses the three layers together, followed by a curing zone and fly cutting to length.

Q4: What panel widths and joint types are available?

A: Common effective widths are 950mm, 970mm, 1000mm, 1050mm and 1120mm. Joint options include lap joint, concealed cap, self-locking and S-type interlock, depending on your market.

Q5: How long is a complete line?

A: A full sandwich production line is roughly 50-65m depending on configuration - forming units, lamination section, curing zone and cutting station. We provide a layout drawing for your plant.

Q6: Can the same line switch between panel profiles?

A: A double-layer machine configuration carries two forming units on one frame, so you can switch between two profiles without changing tooling - ideal for serving multiple building types.

Q7: Can it produce fire-rated panels?

A: Yes. With a rock wool feeding unit and A-grade adhesive, the line produces A-class fire-rated panels required in Middle East, European and Australian markets.

Q8: How do I get a quotation?

A: Send your panel drawing or sample, core material, width and daily output target via WhatsApp/Wechat +86 188 0307 8605 or email sara@xinnuomachine.com. We reply within 24 hours with a factory-direct quote.
